Combining 20 years of Wall Street experience with an elite customer service background, Xiaosong (Shelly) Wu brings together a deep knowledge of the both Southern California and New York City real estate markets and a global network of contacts to deliver top-tier results for buyers, sellers and renters alike. Licensed in both New York and California, Shelly is able to open doors for her global clients in two of the most desired real estate markets in the world.

In her two decades as a bond and foreign exchange salesperson for top investment banks, Shelly cultivated a comprehensive understanding of financial markets as well as a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. As a real estate investor herself – both domestically and internationally – Shelly is both personally and professionally able to advise her clients on everything from major sales decisions to small financial details to real-life insights.

Shelly’s thoughtful yet analytical approach to real estate investment is matched by an open, friendly personality and ability to offer honest guidance to every client she works with. Originally from China, she has lived and worked all over the world, from Hong Kong and Tokyo to London and Beijing, allowing her to offer clients a strong international perspective as well. Living bi-coastal in San Diego and Manhattan, she is especially adept at introducing international clients to the California and New York market.

A graduate of Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in Statistics and Economics, Shelly also attended the highly prestigious Choate Rosemary Hall prep school (’89) and is a member of the Mount Holyoke Alumni Association. Shelly enjoys running in the park and on the beach, playing golf, and traveling the world.
