Shelly was extremely professional, knowledgable and thoughtful in our search and eventual purchase of a new home. She is very personable and quickly put us as ease with such a big decision – making sure we understood the process and pointing out all facets of the transaction we should consider including factors that did not pertain to our particular situation but would perhaps effect others in re-sale.
